I don't know what it's like in other parts of the country, but here in Seattle we seem to have a crap-ton of Medieval Madness machines on location. I can think of 4 within a 5 mile radius of my house. Three of them are beat to crap, but there's one on location that is in excellent shape.

Is MM a common route machine in your neck of the woods?

#2 12 years ago

One in Ames, 20 miles away. That is it as far as I know

#3 12 years ago

One here, and it is at an arcade in a mall that is run by an op. He keeps his A-List pins at his own location, to keep am eye on them.

#4 12 years ago

Route pins? haha I wish...how about none....Seattle is not the norm, there are a SHIIITload of pins there...

#5 12 years ago

Have one here in San Diego. Still can't beat the GC score on it. My buddy KON put up 310 million. Closest I have come to it so far is 190.

#6 12 years ago

Pinball Pete's in Ann Arbor has one, about 40 miles away from me.

I doubt there are four within a 50 mile radius of my house, and I live in a densely populated area. Consider yourself quite lucky.

There's none left here in the UK any more as far as I'm aware.

There used to be one with a filthy playfield and a load of switches not working in an arcade down on England's south coast up until about a year ago. It's probably in someone's collection by now.

#9 12 years ago

Routed MM's are the only ones I have played, and it's probably why it put a stale taste in my mouth. Poorly maintained = no fun = me no likey likey. Hopefully I get to play a CQ one someday to change my perspective of the title.

#10 12 years ago

If there are any MM's within 250 miles of my area code they reside someones personal collection. And they need to SHARE!

#11 12 years ago

HaHa, I used to play the hell out of one in a wineo bar in the international district last summer.

one within a 5 min drive from my house

As someone who has played many in various states of repair I can tell you that a clean well kept up MM is a totally different game than a thrashed one on location. It makes me sad every time I see one all beat up & neglected because I know what a sweet game it could be.

This is pretty much the case with any pin, and why I always caution people not to judge a game until they have played a nice example.

One about 5 miles away from me on location at Phoenix Games.

#17 12 years ago

Population of Saskatchewan - 1,063,540

MM on location - 1 in a town of 4,500 approximately 2.5 hour drive from me.

I plan on changing that soon!

#18 12 years ago

Wow, some of you guys are lucky. I've never seen one in the flesh. Only played it (love it) on PS3 which really isn't the real thing. Still good considering, but not great.

#19 12 years ago

There's a couple at the NJ shore 15 minutes away. Of course there is also the one in the basement

I took some students to University of San Francisco and they had one in the student room. We were there on a weekend and it was closed. I wondered if it was part of somebody's route.

#21 12 years ago

Lucky bastard. None in all of Tampa or all of FL for that matter.

Seattle has Microsoft with loads of rich employees and no sunshine to speak of. Perfect for pins! I will have to visit.

Where exactly are these MM?

People just don't understand how bad us Chicago boys have it. Thank God for tatman's collection, or we'd really be screwed!

#30 12 years ago

Found one in Omaha. Was soooooo looking forward to playing it, but the flippers were weak and there were bulbs out everywhere. Generally not great condition.

the AFMars right next to it? AMAZING!

Cool spot to have pins helps keep youngsters into pinball.

I have one in Pub about 5 mins drive from my house, Its very beat up wih the right ramp almost impossible to get the ball up and one of the trolls not popping up.

There is also another one about 40 mins drive its a bit better but still such a waste to be sitting in bars in that state.

Jeff,

If you ever get up there, the Pinball Pete's in Lansing has one as well.
