I'm sorry to hear that you have problems. Please describe how you recieved the playfield. When I pack them there is a piece of paper between the playfield clearcoat and the bubblewrap. If the playfield was streched with plastic without paper in between - the clearcoat might react with the plastic. Please describe how the stripes are going from where to where.

I just came back from Allentown and checked the emails and latest forum posts...

It might be possible that you can polish the playfieldand the stripes will be gone, but I'm not really sure about that. The reason for them is a chemical reaction of the plastic with the clearcoat. I had the problem before when I used only bubble wrap, but It was gone as soon as I put a paper in between.
