    Game restarted on me.
Row 4 ground handful of switches bad. Most switches not working in test and a few shorting our the entire row.

All fuses test good with meter.

Replaced U20 chip on MPU fixed the row 4 short. Other issues still there.

12v test good on test point of driver board all LEDs on board work properly. MPU is getting solid 12v at pins.

All micro switches test good no shorts.

Any suggestions on where to look next?

I saw one post stating that if the game isn’t getting 12v at the trough optoelectronics it can cause these issues.

Anyone have a schematic on the trough opto pin out? Where do i test for 12vs?

Put in a new MPU and solved the issue.

I believe the old board could still be good but U23 or another chip is bad. Purchased more chips should be in soon and i can test old board.

I think you're on it. I would have started with changing U23 and you might need to change U20 again. A broken U23 sometimes takes out the U20. Use sockets.

    On WPC-89 games it's U14 instead, but on WPC-S and WPC-95 it's U23. Different chips on WPC-S and WPC-95 though.
