HI I have same problem with my MM. Looks to be rolling what do you think? I have taken a video C28 and C42 need changing?

Update as promised.

Capicitors came 150uf 160v x 2. Changed them and continuity was still good after replacing. Plugged av board back in and wow works!

Here is the video note some glowing this only shows on the camera something do to with scanlines and or hertz.
