Working on an original MM

I believe it has a board issue.

First damsel works perfectly but every damsel after gets cut short and stops holding the ball and cuts to catapult image on DMD. Fires the catapult with no ball there.

Switches test perfect no issues they don’t activate each other in test.

It’s weird how the first damsel is fine but the 2nd and everyone after activates the catapult.

Any ideas?

It’s a strange issue

Ok so I’m fairly competent and I’m lost.

Catapult and damsel are on the same switch row with a roll over between them.

Nothing under the play field is is touching rubbing or doing anything weird.

Swapped MPU no change. Could this be a driver board issue? It doesn’t always happen sometimes it works correctly which makes it even more confusing.

I can’t get it to happen during switch test at all it’s a rock solid signal.

Any help is appreciated
