They're handing out pre-order forms at the Chicago Expo right now. It sounds like most of the major distributors will be handling these so call your usual distrib and get your $1,000 payment in to them ASAP. 
A bit unfair to anyone who can't take the time to go. Such is life. Time to get a pre-order in somehow. I can imagine the number of people grabbing those forms right now.
