It sucks yes and there was not enough evidence to overturn despite all of the tech they implemented.

Still a better system than when there was no replay and Jeff Maier reached out ONTO the field and turned Jeter's out into a home run. Or Chuck Knoblauch's phantom tag on the Sox in 1999 (still salty about that one). At least those days are gone.

This was a difficult call.
