My point is, what is truly "defective"? I've seen posts where people call a replacement playfield "defective" because it doesn't have the same amount of glitter in the paint, or because the shade of color is very, very slightly different. There are no real defects there, it's just a little different. Obviously, I'm not talking about reproductions with poorly done or missing art. For whatever reason, this hobby is full of OCD, anal-retentive people who will complain and label something "defective" over the tiniest things, and expect the vendor to pay for the return shipping.
