But this part I actually get - when the ice maker goes bad in your Samsung fridge you expect Samsung to take care of it, not pass the buck to the subcontractor that made the ice maker. JJP is ultimately responsible for the quality of the parts that go into their machines. If JJP is refusing to acknowledge a problem I get why Mirco as the sub-manufacturer isn’t jumping in to make things right himself.
