I kind of disagree. I think everyone reading this thread agrees on the important facts; he tried to shut you down with legal threats he was not justified in making.

I don't see him "weaseling" out of this. People will judge the situation, his apology and their future purchase decisions according to their own thoughts.

Who knows, this situation might motivate Mirco to work with you and CPR on title selection to rebuild good will in the community.
