15 or 150 games something always broken . Good or bad that's life of a collector . Just get used to it .

Build big well constructed building . Ramps , easy access truck . 3-0 or larger doors . Lots air flow and power outlets . Many circuits all 20 amp . That way if need be building can have other purposes .

Small kitchenette and Square feet optional pool table might be considered .

Idea is to have no single trick pony in my world .

For your consideration . Pins and stairs poor mix without some kind of built in or movable lift . You maybe young and have strong friends . Cannot count on that as time progresses quickly . Big safety issue as well .I am left moving games on my own so this is the voice of experience .

That being said I have forklift and tractors with loaders with bucket forks which with harbor freight carts make well thought pin relocations very doable ( have proper padding ).

I had to add loading dock 2nd floor of my garage . Load dock acts as a carport underneath so no single trick pony in my world.

    Enjoy the day Shane

PS at 60 pins you already know the level effort needed to enjoy the hobby !
