Not true, wrapping correctly is one thing, but it does not protect when the movers drag machines and a leg falls into a crack and they keep dragging it and rip your legs off. Believe me i have had 2 machines that movers dragged instead of lifting and this happened.

Easy to do, they did not pick it up, they slid it into some kind of crevis on the floor. I had 2 machines shipped where they ripped a leg off each by sliding the machine instead of picking it up.
