What a great day. I just found out Chicago Gaming Company is sending me to Midwest Gaming Classic.
I was at the last show at Oconomowoc - first seminar I ever did, the first year at Greenfield. And now the first year at the new place in Wisconsin.
I am so excited to have this opportunity !

Chicago Gaming Company is sending me to MGC. I picked up a new tool box for MGC and TPF. Though repairs have almost been none existent. Last year at TPF a broken prototype launch bracket, this year one spring. I don't like not being ready.

I do not know if they plan to reveal the next game there or not. I was asked to go, if I wanted to. Kingpin games will bring the games there. My understanding is 8 pins and some video games. Sounds similar to what was at TPF.
It was my idea to bring my own tools and parts. They only had one flipper return spring break at TPF, but even so I hate to run around borrowing tools or parts. This for me is a trial run for TPF next year. To learn what I want to bring with, for my benefit.

It was an adventure. I was fortunate the problems were few. A WOZ broke a rubber ring under the spinning house right before the after hours party started. That had to wait until Sunday morning before the show opened.
Same with cleaning glass. I did that each day before things opened up. Two rows of CGC pins, two rows of JJP pins, and the four Houdini's. I took extra care on the JJP and AP pins because they all had invisiglass. Once the show started. You couldn't do it.

Sorry. I asked Chris from Kingpin Games who brought the CGC, JJP, and two of the Houdini's, what kind of glass was on the JJP games before I cleaned them. He said invisiglass, and on the Houdini's too.
So I took extra care when cleaning them. Right cleaner, right technique.
I hope I didn't do anything wrong with the 'magic glass'.
