I might a little bit slow on this, but I was cruising through Facebook and saw a post made by the Midwest gaming group.
"Another bit of a longer post, but we could use your feedback on the show again Picture of us moving GOAT Store just for attention
Like I explained in the post with the show dates, but not location, we always look into different places and weigh the positive and negative about moving the show. It's extremely complex, but honestly not very interesting.
Yesterday, I was talking to one of our finalists for 2018 and perhaps the largest issue that we would have is there would be a chance that in the future (to be clear, NOT 2018 as the show WILL be on April 13, 14 and 15) we might have to move the dates of the show relatively significantly if we decide to return to this particular location. Future dates beyond 2018 are tough to lock in before we have hosted our first show there.
We have moved the show in the past (it used to be in the summer!), and people were generally okay with that. My question is simply if the show in 2019 had to move to a late May date, would that affect your decision to come?
The move would probably have a 5 to 10 percent chance of needing to happen, so it's not definite, but it's also not nothing.
Again, the dates this year are confirmed, but the future is what we are curious about. I'll be watching responses (and replying to questions that I can answer, so ask away!) on this one carefully, as your answers will directly influence of the Midwest Gaming Classic both this year and in the future.
As always, thanks for supporting YOUR gaming show!

That was posted sep 7th. I didn't know they were moving? Think I would of known being that I live 1 exit away. Does anybody know why? Did it just outgrow itself? more importantly does anyone have a idea of the area it might be going? I was pretty damn close.
I will be there for sure. thoughts?
