Why would it be BS? The show games are typically 500-600 less because they are technically "used" since they have to be played throughout the entirety of the show.

Wish I could come tonight and set my 2 games up, but I cant justify driving 1.5-2 hours each way plus parking only to turn around and come back in the morning. I've been working for a few months on a new mod of speaker light kits for WPC machines. Finally got everything figured out a few weeks ago, so will be showing it off in my Fish Tales Still have a few minor things I want to figure out before actually releasing them, but its super close now at least.

I set my game up a few hours ago. Getting to the loading dock, unloading, and setting up the game wasn't too bad. The place is massive and there were a lot of new games set up already. I took a few pictures on my way out. I didn't see any wonkas, unless they're in the JJP boxes that were sitting there in the picture I took. Unfortunately, I wasn't focused on the boxes but the games behind them so I can't read what's on the box.
Kingpin's area looks great and I'm pretty sure there will be lots of kids in that area all weekend. The amount of work that went into bringing those games and setting it up is commendable. Well done!

We didn't want to buy tickets ahead of time for the preview assuming he wouldn't be able to make it, regretting that decision now.
If anyone's plans changed and they have tickets for sale for tonight's Friday night preview shoot me a text at 608 216 3674. I am hoping for three tickets for the two of us and my wife to all be able to attend.

It’s not bs. People order the games from their distributor and the distributor deliver led to the show. The buyer gets their game minus shipping and taxes. They save 3-5 hundred and allow the show attendees to play their game which helps the distributor sell more games.

We did a visit to the Tom Taylor collection this afternoon and that made my weekend! Hundreds of pinball machines and em arcades all set to free play. A side option to the MGC show and well worth the small extra donation given to a charitable cause. Everything else I do and see this weekend will be a bonus. Thanks to Tom Taylor and all the volunteers that helped set this up!
(My youngest went and set the high score on the Munsters pin they had there today. He was even more excited that it was still up there when we left!)

Ditto - enjoyed Toms collection for a few hours, met up with some of our Milwaukee friends, had dinner, dropped a game off at the convention center, and just checked into our room at the Hilton.
Off we go! Woo hoo! Looking forward to this weekend!
