How's the sensitivity of your Hammer magnet? After lock is lit, will it grab it when you slam the captive ball 100%? Seems like many of ours are having trouble sensing it when you slam the captive ball, but no problem sensing it when it rolls by off of the snake jaw or Sparky or something.

Question; There are 2 sizable holes in the side of your box. Do you know what happened? I'm sure you opened and examined before signing off.
I had a few nicks, dings and marks on mine. I opened and looked in carefully before accepting.

Kerry - I actually picked that number out of the bunch and definitely ripped open the box to inspect for any damage (actually that's why the holes are that big because I enlarged them to look around). It was perfectly fine and the delivery driver pointed it out and was super cool about the whole thing.
Works like a champ. Zero issues out of the box. 
Actually I have one problem. The auto plunger alignment isn't great so sometimes I get weak auto plunges. Same thing on acdc. Any tips to fix it?

I had a similar issue on the t molding (chrome trim around the backbox). Contacted Stern and within minutes they responded to let me know they would send out new t molding immediately. Super easy to deal with. Extremely happy with #14 otherwise and have had no other issues.

#315 delivered on 6/25.
I was given a 11:00-4:00 time window for arrival. Unlike all of my other freight deliveries, Estes trucking arrived towards the end of the window around 2:00. Box had a few minor dings and scuffs, the machine arrived flawless.
Props to JJ and Rich Babbich at Game Exchange for a smooth transaction.
