Thinking about selling my Meteor Pinball machine. Pulled this out of Chicago years ago, and after a conversation with Gary Stern this game was made for the Olympics in Lake Pacid. He also said they made a Galaxy for the same purpose. The Galaxy Stern owns and brought to to expo years ago. Game is all white, white playfield, cabinat, backbox.

Not sure what to ask for the game considering haven't seen another one for sale.

I want this to go to a good home. If anyone has anymore info on the game that would be great too.

Quoted from Tsskinne:

Is there a back glass and does it work?

I have a meteor backglass, but not in the greatest shape...and yes it works

Quoted from MotorCityMatt:

No offensive but I like mine more with the playfield art, but some die hard whitewood might pay 1k for it.

I'm going to want more then that for it, but to each there own.

Quoted from tdiddy:

I've seen this thing I person, it's a amazing piece of pinball history, if your looking for a meteor this isn't it. If your looking for a rare piece of history and a conversation starter this is it. I wish a I had the funds to add this to my collection.

Thanks Tdiddy

From my understanding too they used heavy coils, and wiring to withstand the cold Temps of being outside.

Gary also said he remembers them testing these in a walk in freezer across the street from the factory.
