Hi there!
I just picked up a Stern Meteor that is having sound issues.
Everything is fine until the spinner is hit and then the sound sort of sputters and drops out with occasional static. No other switches have this affect on the sound.
I have tried several other SB-300 sound boards and 2 different sets of ribbon cables. Same exact results.
It has a newer Alltek installed, the spinner switch is wired properly and the diode is good on the switch.
Nothing seems to make a difference.

What am I missing?

Any/all advise is greatly appreciated!
Thank you all so much in advance!

Quoted from zacaj:

Clear the ram on the alltek. There's a special dip switch setting.

I cleared the ram on the Alltek, reset the game settings for Meteor and BOOM... problem fixed!
zacaj hit it right on the head!

Thanks for those who jumped in!
