Those three roolovers are connected with the three other switches that spot a Meteor target. (The two inlanes and the standup.)
Usually, relighting them requires getting all the Meteor targets down and reset. Depending on dip switch adjustments, not all three may light at once, and may rotate when the pop bumper or slingshots are hit.
