When you start a game the 3 star rollovers at the top of the playfield are lit. When you roll over them when they're lit one of the drop targets goes down. I'm testing the game with the playfield up. What do you need to do to light the rollovers?

Those three roolovers are connected with the three other switches that spot a Meteor target. (The two inlanes and the standup.)
Usually, relighting them requires getting all the Meteor targets down and reset. Depending on dip switch adjustments, not all three may light at once, and may rotate when the pop bumper or slingshots are hit.
