Tried searching and couldn't find this issue mentioned anywhere...
When my Sparky gets zapped, he does shake but it's not very strong and you don't hear the plate striking the magnet like I've heard on every other Metallica I've played. In diag mode, I'd say every 3 triggers or so it reaches the magnet otherwise the plate attached to the chair only goes halfway to the magnet.
Any ideas what might be wrong and what I need to replace/fix to get it at full strength? Thx!
