I just got my DD Sparky back and he has very little upper body movement. I don't know if it's because of the paint job or what, but I'm thinking he is not going to shake they way he is now. I checked my installed Sparky and he has a back and forth play with very little resistance.

Is there a trick to allow more "movement"? Should I separate the body parts and look for the binding issue? If so, how do I remove the upper torso from the lower?

Thanks in advance.

Upon further examination, my existing Sparky has more visible room between the upper body and the lower body. The painted one's body parts are tight. The existing body parts have a space between them.

So. Is the spring up Sparky's butt the only think holding the body to the chair? How can I gain that space back between the body parts?
