Topic says it all. Brand new metallica shoots stdm from the snake. What is the fix for this?
Thanks
There are a number of options here.
Shim the snake assembly with a couple of washers under the playfield on left side (as looking from playfield front of the coin door)
Readjust the metal assembly with the screws which keep the assembly together to shift the entire snake assembly to the right slightly.
Slightly bend the front flanges inward that are aligned with the jaw (the left side should be bent right with a small set of pliers *very carefully*). This is by far the quickest and most effective fix.
Use a piece of weather stripping on the left side inside the mouth which will help redirect the ball.
All can fix the problem, dependent on severity.
