I have a question concerning the snake on my Met Pro. Sometimes when the ball goes in the mouth (and settles in) I get a SNAKE letter credit (that shows on the screen) toward multiball. Many times, however, it just makes a hissing sound and I no letter credit. This is not normal is it? The switch seems to be in good shape. This may or may not have started with the last code up date. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

OK, I have had the switch off three times this afternoon. I have adjusted it toward the ball (pressing more firmly on the button), away from the ball (less pressure on the button), and straight. I agree, it's the switch, but what do I do to the switch that I have not already done. What position does the switch (the little curl that touches the ball) need to be in before the ball arrives - sticking up a lot above the rim (the metal part that the ball sits on) or just a little. Anyone that has fixed this problem what is the position of your switch? Thanks.

By leveling do you mean make the pf steeper (as in above 6.5) or less steep? It is set at 6.5/6.6 now. Thanks.

Some great ideals. I'll check them out today. I don't play the pin that much and I had forgotten about needing to re-light it each time. I had noticed that the first shot always did light a letter. Thanks.
