Metallica Shaker Motor throwing off my Hammer!?

First time poster so hoping for a little pin community love! Just got a Met Premium and played it without issue for a week before adding my Shaker Motor. Now everything works but I have a lot of missed ball locks with the Hammer. It seems like the ball will pass thru and MET will think it's locked and drop the Hammer. It's not part of the ball search and wasn't happening before. My theory is the rumbling is hindering the ball from locking but wanted to see if anyone had the same issue? Is there a way to adjust the amount/intensity of the shaker motor?

You can adjust the shaker in the menu. Three total options. With that said, I have had three Metallica's, two pro's and an LE and never had the shaker mess with the ball lock on my LE.

Anyone else?
