So I bought a met pro and went to install a used shaker that I bought only to find out that the only wiring that I have is from the motor to the board,how do I hook up the 5pin connector with out having the wiring for it? Thx in advance.

You will need three molex connectors
One 5 way for the board,one three pin to tie up with the drive,the brown/white wire(this is stored at the back lh side of the cab),or you could just cut the existing 3 pin connector off and splice new wire from shaker board to there directly.
Then you need a two pin connector to tie up with the red/white cable power connector just above where you will put the shaker board on the lh side of the cab.This new cable will only be about 7 " long or so

Did the shaker you purchased come with the little circuit board? If not, that's what you need. Mounts on the inside of the cabinet just above the shaker.

All I have is the motor,circuit board and the wiring from the motor to the board,I am missing the 5pin connector that goes to the board
