My drop targets will cycle up to reset and then drop back down.
I did a visual and can't see anything wrong.

Check to see if the plastic lip of the drop target is resting mostly on the ledge. Could be bent or worn so the tension of the spring is pulling it back down prematurely.
I had issues with my 3rd target...would never stay up. Easy fix was to add a washer behind the drop target. Haven't had a problem yet.
If the machine is under warranty still, I'd contact your distributor as this may be still covered.

Thanks,I'll look into maybe adding a washer if needed.

Haven't had time to look into this until tonight.
The lip of the drop target is barely on the ledge to hold it and it just keeps trying to reset over and over.
Where would I add a washer?
It's like a washer is already between the target and the base plate.

It's hard to see but just below that lip on the target there is a washer between it and the plate on all 3 targets but all 3 just reset over and over.

I had a similar case, the drop targets were just randomly dropping, depending on the vibration on the playfield.
On my Metallica, taking the front washer (between lip and target) off all three targets fixed the issue.
Since then I never had any problems with those targets dropping again. Now they drop fine as they should do.

I hope that helps you

I forgot to mention that I have put the washers I removed on the back of each drop target, just like Guzz4851 says.

Added a washer at the bottom axle between target and plate which make target angle in the direction it faces and now they work fine.
Thanks for help.
