Mine did that as well. I reseated the connecter going to the drop target sensor board and it stopped resetting. I don't know if that fixed it permanently or if it's a software bug.

- - INFO STRAIGHT FROM "THE BORG" HIMSELF - -
I designed a black injection molded part that mounts between the target bank frame and the opto board. The opto then looks down a tunnel that blocks any of the surrounding light. What is happening is after master of puppets multiball there is a light show happening. When the bank resets one or more of the opto switches can get blinded by the flash. When this happens the game thinks one or more of the targets are not up and it tries again to reset even though they are all in the up position. All production going forward will have this part installed including the entire run of LE games. We will issue a kit with this part and two screws for any Pro owners that need it.
You can post this info so everyone will know (as some think it is a software bug.)

Correct. I just spoke to Pat and Chas at Stern. My game has the problem and Stern is all over it. It's nice to see they are concerned and the fix is underway.

This a very minor problem. Replacing the opto board if necessary will be a two minute fix. This wouldn't prevent me from ordering if I didn't already have the machine.
