Mine is deliberate. Zero issues. Magnets are stronger and snap the ball in place. I'm going to put mylar over Sparkys magnet. It will wear.

If you have issues, call support and get a new and improved magnet board. My distributor sent me one without asking. 9 months ago.

Thanks for posting photos. You added a stronger post by left ramp and air ball stopper over sparkys feet am I right? Mylar looks like its doing its job. Not bad for 6k plays. That has to be a new smash block under hammer.
