Yup. I use this strategy all the time.
Slight corrections: the ramp/piston combo starts at 750K and goes up by 250K each one during the same ball. 750K, then 1M, 1.25M, etc. This is the base value, so if you've got 2x scoring going, it goes 1.5M, 2M, 2.5M...
1.5M is the same as a sparky jackpot, and you just scored that in two shots.
And since you have a Premium, if you lock a ball in the snake for 2x scoring, you can have Ramp/Piston shots that have a 3M, 4M, 5M,.... sequence. Ridiculous scoring for two repeatable shots.
I think I did max the ramp/piston combo once, the value of 3.75M (base) sticks in my head for some reason.
