Quoted from Roostking:Good choice! I know you were initially hesitant to add a sub. What do you think?

Quoted from Eskaybee:what headphones do you use?
I had a $300 pair (forgot the brand) that is built for extra bass and it sounded bitchin! but the headphones were over the ears and closed and i broke out in a sweat after 5 mins of use so i returned them and got Senhheiser over ear 'open'. Not good on the bass sounds but at least my head and ears get ventilation. Im on the hunt for another pair that is both cool on the ears and head, but provides superb bass.
from what people who supposedly know say, dr. dre "beats" are the best. I have no clue but my over the ears bose are simply awesome. and i am a cranky old guy who hates to have the feeling you describe and with these i don't seem to suffer! lol
and btw, the installation of this is very very easy and the result looks "factory". you tube it and its there.
Quoted from pinnyheadhead:Funds are approved. Lol!
be careful. it will make the other games seem dated. so much to do. so many shots. the sound is incredible. the light show epilepsy causing. I highly recommend the pinnovator headphone jack. in the ciu modes the effects thru the headphones alone is worth the 100 bucks. as much as i love my ac/dc premium (and believe me, I think its an awesome game) , Met is very different in most aspects, superior in almost every way (imho, of course! lol)....
Play question…..regular skill shot: as the ball goes thru the lit switch, I don't always get credit. If I flipper the light back and forth and then it goes thru, it always registers….Is there something wrong with my switch? Or don't I understand how it works….the much more likely scenario! lol During regular gameplay, that same switch (the left one of the 2) registers most of the time, but not always. again, something wrong with the switch or is it normal in regular gameplay? (ie. sometimes I hear the "blade" sound and sometimes I don't)..TIA, Yo
also, inlane, outlane stuff: what do these actually give me credit for or towards?
Quoted from S37VEN:My mylar over sparky and grave marker have held up really well but my magnets are perfectly flush with the playfield. I could see this being an issue if the magnet isn't flush.
put the headphone jack in yet???? the sounds are just incredible. beat up on a CIU mode and you will see what i mean…..p.s don't you have a more pressing issue to deal with ?? ha
Quoted from Eskaybee:Cool thanks! Will give it a try tomorrow.
hitting the captive ball (after completion of all items , snake, sparky and cross) will then lock those items, so when you make that shot again you will get credit for a snake , a cross and sparky. if you don't lock the lane (by hitting the captive ball) the items need to be relit after a drain. its funny that my highest score to date was done before knowing the rules! imho, the best pinball game out there! waiting for the honeymoon to be over. lol
and if there is a game to use headphones on, this is it! I thought ac/dc was cool with them but this is unreal. the sounds during some of the CIU's is simply amazing. well worth the $100. and a 5 minute install at that.It actually fixed a sound issue i was having. (some kind of short, as my sound would go out every once in a while. )
Quoted from Guinnesstime:Didn't realize that! Thanks. Such great rules on this pin. Honeymoon still going here.
now I went back to double check on that and they didn't stay lit thru the game. I did make it to seek and destroy, and as someone suggested, that may have reset them???? where is a rule sheet???!!! lol
another question : when in multi ball, and the snake eats a ball after completing picks , what makes it spit the ball out? it seems random to me. would love it if it stayed until i was down to one ball. thanks.
another multi ball question: in sparky MB how many times do you have to re hit sparky to get the jackpot. I obviously haven't hit it enough but I assume some number will give you a jackpot, NO?
