I was kicking myself for not backing up 1.03, but everything worked out in the end.
My 1.03 file shows as being 80,891,140 bytes
1.06 shows as 82,354,708 bytes
I don't think they can even fit more than 128 mbytes into the memory on those boards anyways, but I could be wrong.

Did you try the set screw for the lower jaw? I just adjusted mine a bit and it's better, still trying to find the optimal position. Mine shipped with the lower 'lip' too high.
