Quoted from Tmezel:I put a plastic cover on the mystery hole lights to give them a more diffused look.
Can you post a closeup pic of what you did? Light looks nice and even in the video but it's hard to see the mod. Thanks!
Quoted from pindude80:at first when I saw this picture thought I was looking at my game! Lol. I have the exact same setup. I like it
Cool!
Sound is not dramatically different but does seem cleaner than the stock speakers.
Quoted from pindude80:I added two amplified equalizers, an upgraded cabinet speaker and a powered sub, mine cranks now!
I have an upgraded cabinet speaker and a PSW10 but no amps. Which ones did you use?
Quoted from Aurich:I run the standard external Polk, but I haven't touched the backboard speakers. I like to upgrade them on my arcade cabinets though, makes sense for pins, I should look into it.
The ones I used were very inexpensive, I think they were $13 on amazon.
Quoted from Rensh:Hmm, I know This from somewhere
Great job on the lighted ramp, that looks awesome!
Quoted from embryon:My met monster GI's are strobing like crazy making gameplay impossible. Stern's warning is a reality if I tried to play with this happening for an extended period. If I disconnect/reconnect the grey data cable it seems to fix it for a very short time. Any ideas
It's almost definitely the connector on the GI driver board.
Try turning your GI brightness down below 40 and see if the strobing stops. This allowed me to play mine until I was able to replace the connector.
