I just received my Metallica Pro Pinball Refinery Edition and I have to say that this machine is awesome! I started looking for a standard Pro and then got connected to Steve at MI Pinball Refinery and decided to splurge and get this beauty. I have to say that the whole experience was outstanding. I am new to the pinball scene only recently acquiring a beautiful Stargate so I had plenty of questions for Steve. He was more than happy to talk to me multiple times before making a decision. After I did, he kept me informed along the way and gave me some other tips for when the machine arrived. The machine arrived in perfect condition and right on time. I was super impressed! If you are on the fence about getting one of these or any PB Refinery machine, just do it. Top notch quality and craftsmanship for a one of a kind pinball. Finally got a decent score on this machine! Still not as good as many I see in here but it’s a start. This game gets better every time I play it!

I tried this tonight and it didn’t even come close to working.

Question for the group: Every once in a while, my ball gets hung up coming out of the shooter lane. Almost like it’s catching an edge or something that kicks it out straight sideways or even up. I can’t visually what is causing this and happens 10%-20% of the time.

Anybody seen this before or have any ideas?

I have the newer style metal back box but I can see that the plunger is defintely off center. I will try and adjust it to see if that makes a difference. Thanks for the info man!

I have a Metallica Pro and I’m sure these questions have been answered but I can’t find them when searching.

1. Balls stick to Sparky magnet and don’t come free after he is done getting shocked. I replaced the balls with new carbon and it didn’t work. Ideas?
2. Occasionally, balls bounce straight left out of shooter lane. Any idea on the cause of this?

Any help you guys can provide is appreciated!
