Also, love the avatar. I really miss Troegs in Texas. Lots of great stuff in Austin, but not the nectar....
Protip: hitting the captive ball right after an inlane switch counts double.
As for the snake, I've not confirmed, but it's not a multiplier- I think it's a flat 150k-ish per lit shot before hitting the snake, and hitting the snake relights all shots and collects the jackpot. I've never seen the snake jackpot much higher than a couple-three million without doublers running.
