The first thing I'm going to do is add a "Cliffy".

That's weird! I posted a new thread four minutes apart from yours with the same title! Only difference was a capital letter!

No sense in having two of the same thread, so here's what I put:

This is a preemptive post. Please don't put this on your game:

I reckon someone could model up a slightly smaller version of the hammer to mount over the captive ball for the pro.

EDIT: it sucked, was only 6*6, got a refund

I just bought one of those, thanks for the heads up. Dimensions are 12*12 so it's a perfect size

My plan is to use cold cathode tube lighting like Matt Mckee but link it to an adjustable sound activated kit to strobe like lightning.

Havent even ordered a Metallica yet but based on what I've seen the Pro model is an inevitable addition to my small lineup.

Its been a long time since I've been so excited about a new title, good times are ahead! 1.jpg1.jpg 2.jpg2.jpg 3.jpg3.jpg

I have several mods either planned, being made or in development.

Metallica Topper ( Our newest design will start with this one )
Guitar Mods ( 4 to choose from ) all airbrushed
Cliff Burton Memorial Mod

All of course are R&D since there is no game yet to test anything.

Somebody should make an off-set rotary motor that is connected to a bobble head of hair, when multiball starts the headbanging begins

I still don't know what the "Metallica Lazer cut Speaker Panel logos" are that are listed as LE and Premium features, but we have this planned:

Bump. Probably paid too much, but it's cool and it matches the backglass art #421/500.

I'm going to custom detail-paint my Sparky to match the DD sketch more (bloodshot eyes, u-shaped pupils, 'Tallica Sux shirt, yellow up his teeth, etc). Maybe put some nails in his chair. I'd like to put a curled up EL wire coming out of his cap. I haven't decided to make him green like many DD characters or keep him more "human". Whatchoo guys think? Green or fleshy Sparky?

Typical Hollywood. I shall never share any ideas with Sir Greg ever AGAIN!

Those look nice and well made. I'd be all over those if I was getting a Pro or Premium.

Very nice Matt. Really like the demon!

Backbox kits for the Pros will be available on our site by the end of the week. Premium/LE versions will be a few weeks behind them. Several other items coming soon...

I would love to see a playfiled mod with the 4 sides M...

With a little motor it would turn around in the back playfield...would be Great!

There's been a few great mods already for this game. I found this on ebay for $6 bucks for anyone that is interested....it is a belt buckle made of pewter, it's 3 1/2" wide. I took off the buckle part on the back and made a bracket to mount it. The finish matches the brushed metal ramps really well and looks great!

Guys, Im new to Pinside, but have a Metallica Pro on order. Question I have for Mods is the music, any way I could change out some of the music for other songs? For example I think Ride the Lightning would be more appropriate for the Sparky multiball.

Then you are in luck. Ride the Lightning is almost the exact same length as Creeping Death.
