FYI I just bought a MET pro LED and had a tough time with the fang install. Not sure if this only applies to the new LED model, but you will need to loosen the screw located in the roof of the snakes mouth. Kinda hard to get to, but once I got it loose the install was a snap!

I did the exact same thing! If you stick your finger in the snakes mouth (insert joke here) you will feel the phillips head. Good luck!
