All of a sudden when the game is powered up, after it gets through the test cycle ALL of the lights begin to strobe and it continues into a game - so annoying it is almost impossible to follow the ball and play. Any ideas of what might be up and how to fix it?

Thanks.

Try unplugging and reconnecting the data cable from MPU to PF

Check the connections on the heat sink mounted bridge rectifiers, I believe they are in the back box on the left side. If one of these connections are loose, it will cause strobing.

Reseat all connections on the GI driver board located dead center on underside of the playfield. It usually ends up being the power connector on the upper right corner of that board. Wiggle that connector with the power on and see if your lights stop or start strobing.

Same thing happened to me and disconnecting and reconnecting the wire connections on the bridge rectifier solved it. Gave me headaches until it was fixed.
