Ok so I got a Metallica LE Yesterday 7-21-13

The Game plays great but,
When you plunge the ball, occasionally the ball will hit the wire guard next to the pops in the right orbit and come back down, now I am not sure if this is supposed to do this or if every plunge you take should atleast make it up into the pops.

It does not make a difference if you do a full plunge or not, just sometimes hits the wire guard and comes back down the right orbit lane.

anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

The Ball is actually hitting the end of the wire form corner and this stops the ball.
Cant really bend the end.

I wonder if the plunger is off centered and causing the ball to track up the plunge lane a little off centered.
