waiting is starting to SUCK

Opened mine yesterday... game plays awesome but I can't lift the playfield... whats up?

I tried that the first day and nearly bent he thin apron. Few days later tried again and it went right up....

So I have 3 issues:

1. Snake Lower Jaw doesn't always drop back down fully sometimes

2. Don't like how ball will sometimes fly off sparky and wind up to the right top PF

3. Apron illumination looked funny with just the inner insert dude lit up brightly. i bent the bulb brackets down allot and now the insert lighting is nice and even

Well ok #4.... Chrome Tmolding had to go, just too flashy for a Metallica Pin and the reflection it picked up was unnecessary added visual stimuli

It makes no sense they put those extra plastics in there for the pop bumpers but not a couple drop targets? I'm getting tired of having to push a few bulbs in every day, but so far that s the only complaint.

when you call in about broken drop targets what is required to have them send out replacements?
