i'm in Ottawa and have been looking at both of these pins the past ~6 months in the Ottawa/Toronto/Montreal areas.
have seen a few MET Pro sell for ~$4,800 CAD. i think you'd have no problem finding one around that price, give or take a few hundred dollars.
FH is a little harder to track down it seems - have seen examples in all states of condition listed anywhere from $3,500 to $4,000 CAD (and they're selling). for example - a CQ FH was just listed on some Canadian based pinball websites this morning from a Toronto-area seller for $3,900 and it has sold already...

Yep, that's why I was asking, but I guess I'm too late 
Question was, which one would you get, and what would the price difference be?
But FH is gone and the question got answered for me - oh well, one less thing to worry about.
