Jarrod I had similar issues but I also have the cliffy that slides under the wood rail on the left side and now ball launches nice and straight. I also remember bending the metal lugs on the shooter thingy so it hits the ball nice and central.

Sorry mate I bent the lugs on the auto launch thingy but after I fitted both cliffys it solved my issues.
