How awesome would this theme be? all the different bosses for modes and fighting dr. Willy wizard mode. I think they should make it . CMON Stern!!!!

Would be awesome, but pretty sure chances are close to 0% at this point. The designer does not work at Capcom anymore. Capcom will not let him make anymore of these games and has cancelled any new Mega Man games in house. Too bad Capcom Pinball did not do this back in 93-94.

    Home brew. Make it happen!

This is the best idea for a pinball machine I've heard in a long time. Color DMD graphics with it's pixelation would be very appropriate. Bosses could be modes and the art style is bright and colorful, perfect for pinball.

I just picked up a copy of Mega Man 2 an hour ago. You read my mind OP.

You could only make one and it would likely have to be a retheme so toss out the DMD. To truly do it right it'd have to be done by a real pinball manufacturer.

Aside from an actual production game, which looks like will never happen. I think Pin*Bot would be a really cool re-theme opportunity.

It could still happen as a license deal - mega man 9 and 10 were made by outside developers and Capcom just licensed the art and name

Yes possibly as a licensed theme tho I don't see it happening.

Doesn't have to be. People have designed their own pins from the ground up (see e.g. Archer and Spaceballs projects). It's a tremendous amount of work, but not undoable.

Doesn't have to be but it's a pretty big shortcut to do a retheme. Personally I'd prefer one like Minions instead.

I designed a Megaman table in Future Pinball a while back. Not my best work (and at the time, FP did not support ramps), but it is what it is:
