I just received my brand new MMr (Hooray!) and during the unboxing, I found a package with a couple large wingnuts with washers, a black metal plate with 4 holes in the corners, as well as a small, plastic piece. All were bagged together. Does anyone know what they are for?? Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response! I'm a newbie fool and don't want to mess this up. Is the coin door key supposed to by used to open the backbox? It hardly turns and seems like there isn't enough "play" to lift out the backglass...?

Last things (I hope!) Inside the backbox is a white ribbon cable (OSD keyboard cable). It's only attached to the OSD on one end but just hanging loose on the other. Is it supposed to be connected to anything? Also, any idea what I am to do with the piece of curved plastic? Thank you! Thank you!

You'd think. After going through the few things that were included, I think I might be missing some paperwork. I don't have instruction cards and they're not in the manual. Not a big deal but hopefully there's nothing else I don't have. Thanks again for your help! Assembling this as a surprise for my son! He'll be home soon...

Nevermind scorecards. Now that I've carefully followed every instruction down to the last detail -and even asked for help on tiny little items- should the machine POWER ON once I've flipped the switch?! I got nothing (except a sick feeling) when I just tried it. Power cord is properly seated, it's plugged directly into the wall, the prongs are not compromised, I've tested the outlet, tried different ones, etc. But I'm not getting even a blip. No sound hits, no pops, nothing. I've scoured the manual but it left me high and dry at, "plug the game in and switch it on." Any recommendations?
