    I would locate the driver board the flippers plug onto, remove the screws holding it to the huge board under the playfield, remove the board, no need to unplug everything. Then plug it back in, and give the ten pins from it into the big board, give them an extra push. Then screw it back down.

    See if reseating it helps.
