My particular game is the “Special” remake. Has anyone figured out how to turn off the start up “BONG” noise once the game has fully booted? It’s the only game I have that makes a ridiculous noise when turned on. Hoping there’s a way to turn that off. Thanks Y’all!

Not in settings but You could use a relay in between the wires of the speakers that’s has a timer of like 10/20/30 sec when turning on the game. No sound and the 30 sec later all back to normal

Why would you want to get rid of that sound ? That's what tells you your good to go !

There's a bunch of things you could do to make it sound multiple bongs.

Just retheme it to “Cheech & Chong’s Reefer Madness” this way the Bong noises won’t need to be turned off.

Life must be good if this is the stuff you’ve got to worry about

At night I don't turn on my cgc;s because of that noise...it is so dang loud. I wish there was at least a way to turn them down. Heck even TNA is quieter

I call BS! You have a White Water and Indiana Jones: TPA in your collection. All WMS machines from 85-99 used that sound for the sound test.

Yeah, your B/W titles all make that sound at startup. Granted, the CGC machine does it about 1.5X louder. But that’s just the sound of good pinball.
