Drove up to Connecticut to pick up my brand new NIB Medieval Madness re-make on Saturday, though it wasn't in a box at my request, as I needed them to install the shaker motor. After completing the difficult transport to my basement where it joins TAF and Elvis, we found that the drawbridge does not open. What a major disappointment and at this point I am not sure what to do. I paid with cash ($8,200) getting a proper receipt. My e mail to the dealer has not been answered, though it was very polite. I am thinking my machine has a warranty but am not certain. Does anyone have any advice? I am not admittedly a tech remotely.
