Mine had a similar problem after my initial restoration was finished. If it's falling off way early it's most likely not the habitrail itself but the transition from the plastic to the habitrail at higher speeds. Loosen the posts for the plastic ramp and see if pushing it back or pulling it forward helps the transition more.
