Very cool, I like but I was wondering why only round inserts. You have enough of them so you'll be able to have a great light show.

Quoted from KennyL:With the first one, you click the image and it's just that large and no bigger. At least at my desktop resolution of 1920x1080. With the second one, you click it and then you can click again and zoom in for more detail, because it was uploaded at higher resolution.
So it's just a picture resolution diff. then. I thought you changed or added something to the art, that's what I was looking for.
Quoted from pinballwil:It has the molded black speaker panel.
I can paint it grey instead of black.
And put some shields on the speaker grill ?.
Something like that.
Molded black like a DE game.
Quoted from king-pin:Moulded black like a WMS 95 game.
So that's the "donor" cab and bb your using.
I wonder if it would look better with the horsemen on the right of the tl? It would look more like they are coming at you. Now with them on the left it just doesn't look right to me, they are too close to the edge of the tl and are riding into nothing. Just my opinion.
Quoted from pinballwil:Hook has pirates swords.
This is a knights theme.
They are not pirate swords they are knight swords for MM. Hooked is the Pinsiders name.
Quoted from pinballwil:Translite is final.
Horses are flipt and ad some things.MC_translite_final_internet-1.jpg
Yeah that looks great.....ESPECIALLY the bug eyed cow looking around the rock on the lower right corner. To funny.
Quoted from KennyL:Are you not going to make a place for the instruction cards on the apron?
I sure hope not. It looks like a Pingraffix MM o AFM apron which I love.
Quoted from pinballwil:Today the final printed translite printed by Rob Capel
reseived.IMG_20150929_170000.jpg
Nice. How are you going to light it?
Quoted from pinballwil:Mmm.... ill get a lot of questions about the fact that the Medieval Castle looks a bit like Games of thrones layout.
Well i was 7 months earlyer than got and have no inside info.
I'am a great fan of steve and i wanted to make a black knight follow up and was thinking wat Steve Ritchie would do if he did (i later changed it to Medieval Castle).
Well we all now how it looks.
It was a good guess i think.
I will ask Greg at the Dpo if Steve ritchie has seen my version, and if he seen it if he like it.
Yes you started this before anything was known about GOT. I'm sure Greg will be VERY interested in your game and will take many pictures to show Steve. I bet Steve will contact you and will want to play it when it's done.
Quoted from pinballwil:troll mechs are ready.
Now the have the troll up switch assemble.IMG_20151013_220901.jpg
Those things look like they weigh a ton.
Quoted from pinballwil:Yes they are.
You have seen broken castle gate's on mm ,mine's won't break.
Very smart.
Quoted from Skyemont:Show a video of the game play..
He can't, not ready for that yet.
Quoted from PiperPinball:Awsome work! Nicely done!
I modified my MM a bit. Still a work in progress. Plan to add more chainmail under the cab.image_(resized).jpeg
That bb looks cool but what are the white lines on the tl?
Quoted from pinballwil:» YouTube video
First play video 50% working.
Still lot of work to do.
Some bal hang up in the merlin.
The software kicks softly,so need a longer plunger.
Or a standup kicker.
And the bal holds on the lock switch with a weak shot.
Lookin good so far but it does look strange without any inserts lighting. Your attention to detail of the pf is amazing.
Quoted from pinballwil:Added the last things, two extra troll targets.
Friday i connect the upper flippers.
Soon after that i post the final gameplay video, stay tuned.IMG_20160424_144745_(resized).jpgIMG_20160424_160603_(resized).jpg
Sooo many people would freak out seeing you drill holes in your pf. They will REALLY make that a tight shot.
Quoted from pinballwil:The right yellow target has moved, the red post was standing more to the right than the target is.
The same with the left target, ill put it more on front under the castle so i get more space to place the yellow target.
So the space in the lock lane is still the same.
Only the jet bumper lane is smaller, but that was to wide, so i used the extra space for the left ramp intrance and lock lane.
Every thing has been adjusted 100% so when the upperflippers are in its 101% completed no adjustmend needed because i played and tuned it for 300 + games.
I have to say that i would change something if i would make another one (this is not going to hapening because if i make another remake i make a Star Wars the force awakening i have some great idea's for it.) the jet bumpers ,il move them a bit because i have a beter layout for them now.
Now that every thing is already done i can make 6 mc by hand in a year. But its not going to happen no more wil be build, its a hobby i am no OMPF One Man Pinball Factory. It was a idea if i would make more.
So for now i want to thank everybody for there coments, sugestions positive and somethime critical comments in the last 17 months.
There wil be only one more post next week and that is a gameplay video of the complete mc.
After that, lets say a week i close this tread.
The vid will be great.
This was a really fun thread to follow, thanks. Best of luck on your next project, you and your wife make a great team.
Quoted from pinballwil:15 and 28 oktober you can play MC also in the dutch nfv clubhouse.
Here is a picture i never coult take.
I'am in shock ,wat a pile of parts.
How can anybody ever figure out a mess like that. I get a headache just looking at it.
