They never expected this for a 2 person 13 month project.

I cant count how mutch Roger said wow al the time and Greg smilling.

After a 2 minutes he said (pointing at the shield) he......... this is from Medieval Madness.

Fire up some coils to test the cattapult.

Tomorrow i fire up the switch matrix, so we can press start and i hope it starts a game.

Completed the metal wire forms for the lock and cattapult.
Made some metal plates around the rail,so it don't fels off.
Corrected some flow things on the right orbit.
Soldering the last main playfield switches.
Its possible to start a game now and start multibal and jackpots.
Its a start.

First play video 50% working.
Still lot of work to do.
Some bal hang up in the merlin.
The software kicks softly,so need a longer plunger.
Or a standup kicker.
And the bal holds on the lock switch with a weak shot.

Thanks, my wife is very talented with computer graphics. Its still a long way to go.
Needs to connect the complete upperplayfield, all the inserts and flashers.
It will take months to complete.
I have no hurry.

Completed the backbox light and flash today.

The drawbridge works perfect in the test.
I used the gearbox and print from the nba fastbreak.
I still have to weld a plate on it for the up and down switch but is a start.

The dragon diverter works well in my version off the mm.
The merlin has a shorter plunger now so it kicks out hard the second time,because the mm software kicks slow the first time and if the switch not breaks the second time kicks hard.

Both playfields have a mylar now.

All flow problems are gone now.

Made the extra wire's in the cable loom that the nba is missing for the mm version.

Aded the flasher wire loom and aded 2 right side flashers.

Waiting for 7 flat micro switches to make the last playfield, bridge up/down,troll switches.

In a couple of weeks i think ist ready and start on the insert lightning.

For now i take a few day's off.

Ill be back.

I'am happy people like it so far.

Today completed the drawbridge switches so the mm software can see if the bride is up or down.
Completed the left loop en left ramp switches.
Also completed the moat vuk and switches. Made the cable loom for the upperplayfield so i can connect the trolls and gate next week.

Ready to play,still no inserts.
Next and last video will be the complete working machine.

I changed some things like the cattapult because you have to shoot it alot and must be easy to go to the upperplayfield to shoot the trolls.
Its now possible to shoot it with both flippers.

Sorry no complete video yet .
I had some trouble with the castle gate and trolls.
My version of the gate needs more power when the coil gets hot after 10 plays, so i change the gate a bit.

Also the trolls get stuck some time so i change them (revision 4).
Drawbridge and moat works flawless also now.

So i order 100 plus led's to make a light plan.

Next month i make the upperflippers and some extra flasher and spots and complete the inserts.
And then its complete, finaly i hope.

Today completed the spot lights and gi.

Thanks guy's , next week i complete the last 17 inserts and replace u25 and u26 on the cpu because the flippercoils get hot.

And next month i do the upperflippers because i am out of cash
I also want to ad 2 troll targets in front of the left side of both ramps.
